The winner of the 11th season of a prestigious culinary competition on French television has a special affection for Chateau La Grace Dieu des Prieurs Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Art Russe Collection. The appreciation manifested itself when chef David Gallienne, who in 2019 took over nthe keys to the hotel restaurant Le Jardin Des Plumes (*) in Giverny, chose to reference the winery’s 2014 and 2015 vintages on his menu. Full of character, these gourmet wines now marry the anthology of flavours of an inventive, light and plant-based cuisine.
