Tattu London Celebrates Chinese Lunar New Year

Tattu London, the modern Chinese restaurant with panoramic views over the West End, is delighted to reveal details on its Chinese Lunar New Year Campaign, as we enter 2023 and the year of the Rabbit. Symbolising longevity, elegance, prosperity, and beauty, this year, Tattu invites guests to the restaurant from Saturday 21st January - Sunday 5th February to relish in a limited-edition Chinese New Year food menu, celebratory cocktails and an unmissable brunch on Sunday 5th February, with live entertainment from traditional Lion dancers and hypnotic sounds from their resident deep house DJs.


Sitting proudly on the rooftop of The Now Building in the Outernet development, Tattu London have brought their signature style and contemporary dishes, inspired by the flavours and ingredients of modern Chinese cooking, to the capital. In celebration of the annual occasion, the interiors of the restaurant have been transformed with hanging lanterns and ruby red trees as the restaurants’ central Courtyard House turns red to symbolise the occasion. A carefully curated limited-edition sharing menu will also be available from Saturday 21st January - Sunday 5th February priced at £125 per person for guests to enjoy. The four-wave menu consists of Modern-Chinese dishes which include Yellowtail Sashimi served with Lotus root, kiwi and chilli salsa, a Honey Roasted Chilean Seabass accompanied with a Enokii mushroom fritter and chilli, and an impressive Caramel Soy Aged Beef Fillet 7OZ plated with shiitake, ginger and asparagus. Those with a sweet tooth can also enjoy a selection of Chinese New Year desserts, with The Year of the Rabbit mooncakes available to try, which is a on theme Yuzu and lychee cheesecake, served with coconut and raspberries.

Also on offer will be an array of Chinese New Year inspired cocktails, which include the show-stopping Dragonboat Firecracker Sharing Cocktail, made with a blend of Peddler’s gin, Umeshu served with toasted almonds. Each cocktail will be served with it’s own firework, and a small gift wrapped in a red envelope called 'hong bao' to bring goodluck to all this 2023.

To mark the end of Chinese Lunar New Year, Tattu invites guests to join them for an energetic free-flowing Lunar Brunch party held on Saturday 4th February from 12pm to 4pm. The Lunar Brunch, a vibrant fine dining event with immersive projections and lion dancers, will allow guests to celebrate the year of the Rabbit in true style. High-octane beats from Tattu’s infamous resident DJ’s will play throughout the restaurant, as guests are welcomed to dance the day away as the sun sets on the iconic London skyline all whilst enjoying delectable delights from Tattu’s food menu.
