Flowers wilt. Cards get folded away. Cake, on the other hand, is remembered.
This February, Cutter & Squidge invites lovers, friends and self confessed romantics to skip the clichés and say it properly. With buttercream. Chocolate. And more than a little indulgence.

The London born baking brand has unveiled its Valentine’s Collection, a thoughtfully curated edit of cakes, hampers and sweet gifts designed to celebrate every kind of love. Romantic love. Friendship. Self love. Or simply a very strong affection for excellent cake.
The ultimate romantic gesture in a box
At the heart of the collection sits the Valentine’s Luxe Hamper, a generous declaration of affection presented in Cutter and Squidge’s signature style. Inside, a love letter arrives in cake form via the much loved Chocolate Fudge Caramel Cake, joined by Valentine’s Cheesecake Brownies, butterscotch vegan popcorn and a bottle of Prosecco to finish things on a celebratory note.
It is indulgent without being overdone. Thoughtful rather than showy. And designed to be shared slowly, ideally with someone you like very much.

Cakes designed to make an impression
This season’s cake selection is unapologetically romantic, with four show stopping designs available nationwide and wrapped in optional limited edition Valentine’s sleeves.
The Red Velvet Cake delivers classic romance with a modern touch. Light chocolate sponge with a natural blush of red is layered with homemade vanilla buttercream and finished with white pearls and scattered sponge crumbs. It is playful, elegant and unmistakably Valentine’s.
The Chocolate Fudge Caramel Cake leans into decadence. Rich chocolate sponge, silky chocolate fudge buttercream and layers of salted caramel come together in a cake that is deliberately indulgent. For those choosing plant based, a vegan version is also available without compromise.
The Valentine’s Victoria Sponge Cake offers a softer expression of romance. Fluffy vanilla sponge filled with handmade strawberry jam and smooth buttercream is topped with dried strawberries, white chocolate pearls and a dusting of strawberry powder. Familiar, comforting and quietly charming.
For something a little more unexpected, the Passionfruit and Pistachio Cake balances zingy fruit with nutty richness. Passionfruit drizzled sponge and pistachio buttercream create a flavour combination that feels fresh, vibrant and slightly thrilling.

Small gestures with serious impact
For gifting that feels indulgent without excess, the Valentine’s Cheesecake Brownies arrive rich, fudgy and deeply satisfying. Available in caramel, strawberry, cookies and cream and passionfruit cheesecake flavours, they are ideal for sharing or not sharing at all.
The heart shaped Cookie Pie Trio returns by popular demand, featuring red velvet, double chocolate and raspberry ripple. Cute, generous and guaranteed to land well.
Elsewhere in the collection, Valentine’s Truffles, a Valentine’s Day Selection Box filled with baby biskies, mini cupcakes and macarons, and a vegan wheat free mini brownie box ensure that no one is left out of the celebration.

Afternoon tea with a romantic twist
For those who prefer their Valentine’s Day slow and indulgent, Cutter and Squidge’s iconic Afternoon Tea receives a seasonal makeover, complete with a limited edition sleeve and optional Prosecco upgrade. Designed to be shared at home or sent as a gift, it transforms a quiet afternoon into something memorable.
London based fans can also experience Afternoon Tea in person at the Soho bakery, where dream cakes, freshly baked scones and classic sandwiches come together in a setting that feels both cosy and celebratory.
A sweeter way to say it
Available to pre order from the fourteenth of January for delivery from the third of February, the Cutter and Squidge Valentine’s Collection proves that love does not always need words.
Sometimes, it just needs really good cake.
