London does Christmas well. Lights blaze across the city, glasses clink a little louder and every corner restaurant claims to be the place to celebrate. Yet this year, Thai Square quietly steals the spotlight with something different. No turkey towers. No predictable trimmings. Instead, an invitation to celebrate the season with fire, fragrance and a touch of escapism.

Thai Square

From 15 November to 25 December, the Pre Jubilee Christmas Menu arrives across Thai Square’s locations, offering a festive dining experience rooted in the bold spirit of Thai cuisine. Trafalgar Square even opens its doors on Christmas Day, making it the capital’s destination for those swapping gravy for galangal.

The menu is designed with generosity in mind. Guests can choose a four course feast at forty six pounds or a three course menu at forty one pounds for those who prefer to finish without dessert. What follows is a tour of Thai Square’s most expressive dishes.

Caramel Chicken brings a whisper of sweetness without losing its depth. Cha Cha Beef comes layered with spices that build on the palate with confidence. The Seafood Celebration folds fresh, clean flavours with fragrant lemongrass, while the Sweet and Sour Sea Bass keeps things bright with a festive lift. Tamarind Prawns add a hit of indulgence through their rich, tangy glaze. It is Thai cooking done the Thai Square way – generous, expressive and beautifully balanced.

Across its restaurants – from Bayswater to Windsor, Covent Garden to St Albans – each location reflects the energy of its neighbourhood while keeping the group’s signature warmth at the centre. The details matter, from premium ingredients to dishes that are crafted with care rather than showmanship.

There is also a welcome early bird reward. Guests who secure their festive booking before 15 November will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco with their meal, adding a celebratory sparkle to the occasion.

Whether it is a family celebration or the annual company gathering, Thai Square offers something rare during the festive rush. A chance to slow down, gather and share a Christmas meal that is familiar only in spirit and unmistakably Thai in flavour.
