Winter Revival – Designed to be used during week 1 of your cycle, known as Menstruation (aka: the beginning of your period). During this phase, oestrogen and progesterone are at their lowest. This drop in hormones decreases the water in the epidermis making skin feel dry and dehydrated - it can also feel more sensitive than usual. This is where Winter Revival becomes an essential addition to your cycle routine. Loaded with hydrating and skin-nourishing ingredients such as coconut oil and healthy skin complex, Winter Revival will help to fight dry and thirsty skin, FAST.
Spring Renewal – Designed to be used during week 2 of your cycle, known as the Follicular phase. During this phase oestrogen levels increase until they reach a peak that triggers ovulation. Autumn Refiner – Designed to be used on week 4 of your cycle, known as the Luteal phase (aka: PMS). During this phase, progesterone begins to rise which activates sebum production. The surge in progesterone along with a drop in oestrogen causes the skin to swell and trap excess dirt and oil which can lead to breakouts. This is likely to be your skin at its worst during your cycle. Autumn Refiner works by balancing and soothing the skin with ingredients such as tea tree oil and matmarine that help absorb excess oil.
