Why not make it a Valentines Weekend with these Cocktails

Valentines day 2019 was on a Thursday so why not extend it to Valentines Weekend and extend the romance? To help you do so we have some fantastic cocktails you have to try!


Casamigos Hearts on Fire

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Blood orange juice

1 oz. Fresh lime juice

.5 oz. Simple syrup

2 Dashes of firewater bitters OR 3-4 slices of a serrano pepper

Rim of salt / sugar / titan or chipotle mixture (equal parts)

Method: Add all ingredients into a tin shaker, muddle the fruit and add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds then fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with heart-shaped cut-out of a blood orange peel and place on top of the cocktail


Strawberry Smash

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh lime juice

.5 oz. Sugar Cane syrup

2 Full strawberries

4 Basil leaves

2 Dashes peychauds bitter

Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, muddle herbs and add ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds then fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a large basil leaf and 3 heart-shaped strawberry slices through skewer.


Casa Rosé

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

0.75 oz. Giffard Pamplemouse Rose Liqueur

3 oz. Dry Rosé (Jean-Luc Colombo Rose from France)

Garnish Large Block Ice with Dried Rose Petals

Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously for 4–6 seconds then strain into a large wine glass. Add a block of ice with dried rose petals as a garnish. As the ice block melts, the rose petals will fill the glass.


Casa Bellini

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Peach Puree by Perfect Puree

2 Red Raspberries

Top off with Chilled Prosecco or Champagne

Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, except Prosecco. Muddle the fruit, add ice and shake vigorously for a few seconds then strain into a champagne flute. Top off with chilled prosecco or champagne and garnish with 1 raspberry through skewer.
