After launching its first micro-gym in Aldgate in August this year, ELYSIUM is now opening its second exclusive, state-of-the-art 24/7 micro-gym, in Seven Dials, Covent Garden on Monday 13th December.

Become a member, download the ELYSIUM app, then simply click, book and train – on your own, with a PT, or with friends - in absolute privacy, anytime you want; day or night. Priced at £25 per hour, it’s the ultimate in luxury – a dynamic, inviting and safe, five-star space to workout in – without the high commission rate of a big corporate gym. ELYSIUM Seven Dials features two separate training rooms – complete with wet rooms, vanity and seating areas. There is no queuing for equipment or waiting for a shower post workout, it’s like having your very own personal gym, in the heart of the capital – one where the space is kept pristine throughout the day and the highest hygiene standards are adhered to. Guido Basola, a London-based personal trainer, and founder of ELYSIUM conceived this new fitness concept during lockdown, when virtual training in the privacy of home, became the norm. It reflects the way fitness enthusiasts now seek to replicate that sense of a personal workout, in their own space, but using the most up-to-date equipment. Every element of the ELYSIUM experience is tailored to ensure its visitors enjoy a completely unique experience, that’s second to none; one that’s the ideal mix of functionality and design. The ELYSIUM app (available on Apple and Google Play) which members use to book their sessions also features a unique SOS function. This SOS service enables members to access any of the ELYSIUM sites 24/7 in case of emergency. By activating the SOS function the ELYSIUM app unlocks the closest gym, meaning a safe space is accessible when out any hour of the day in London. The doors open onto a relaxing seating area - ‘The Snug’ – with WIFI and bottles of water – where clients can chill before moving on to one of the workout spaces – or ‘Engine Rooms’. Each has soundproof walls, full blackout space, and customisable lighting and music, as well as a range of the latest exercise equipment. There’s everything needed for a complete workout. After exercise, spend time in the luxurious wet-rooms, complete with a vanity area, supplied with every conceivable luxury toiletry and hair accessory you could ever need. In short, everything is provided, so you don’t need to bring anything with you – apart from workout clothes. Go straight from the office, enjoy a PT session, use the private space for content creation and then get ready, in the comfort of a luxurious private space, for a night out on the town; or on the way into work.
