Market Place Food Hall Leicester Square Unveils Limited-Edition Chinese New Year Specials for 2026

Located just moments from Chinatown, Market Place Food Hall Leicester Square is marking Chinese New Year 2026 with a vibrant line-up of exclusive dishes inspired by the Year of the Horse. Available from 17 February to 3 March, the West End destination is inviting visitors to celebrate with creative street food specials, festive activations, and a one-day giveaway event.

Bringing together its diverse community of traders, the food hall has curated a collection that blends traditional symbolism with modern street food flair. Each limited-edition dish has been designed to reflect both the spirit of the festival and the venue’s signature approach to global dining.

Inamo Sukoshi – Sushi Horse BoxA visually striking centrepiece, this special sees signature sushi arranged into the shape of a horse, celebrating the Year of the Horse with precision and artistry.

Cheeky Burger – Dragon FriesA bold twist on loaded fries, featuring crispy chips tossed in Sichuan chilli oil and topped with cheese sauce, crispy garlic, spring onions, chillies, and chives.

Duck Shed – Chinese Peking Duck Rice BowlA comforting rework of a classic, combining slow-roast pulled duck, steamed rice, hoisin sauce, pickled bean sprouts, and ginger spring onion dressing.
