CORE COLLECTIVE ANNOUNCES

ON-DEMAND AND LIVE-STREAMED  FITNESS SERVICE ‘CCTV’

Luxury fitness studio, Core Collective launched its on-demand fitness video service ‘CCTV’. The service is available to stream anytime, anywhere and encompasses the entire Core Collective offering including Sweat, Train, Strength, Pilates, Yoga and Bodyweight workouts.

The CCTV service has been available from Monday, 23rd March and enables those who are stuck at home and unable to make it to the gym to become part of the Core Collective community, which is on a mission to make working out the highlight of your day with fun, effective and innovative sessions.

The on-demand workout platform is currently available in six different categories with a range of durations between 5 and 45 minutes. From Saturday, 16th May, Core Collective are also adding an exciting addition to the CCTV platform. Users will be able to participate in live-streamed gym classes, from Cycle and Strength to Sculpt and Yoga, consumers will be able to work out to an array of fresh and varied workouts live from their very own home.

Monthly subscriptions allow users unlimited access to both on-demand and daily live classes taught by Core Collective’s expert trainers. All on demand videos include two participants to demonstrate options for beginners through to advanced gym-users and are filmed in Core Collective’s luxurious studios, allowing participants to experience the inspiring aesthetic that is embedded in Core Collective’s DNA.

In order to make CCTV as accessible as possible, the range of classes have been designed so users need a maximum of 1-2 pieces of equipment, listed in the online descriptions of each class. There are also a range of workouts which require no equipment at all, to ensure everyone can benefit from the platform.

For those starting from scratch at home, Core Collective recommends investing in one kettlebell suitable for swings and deadlifts, and a set of dumbbells for overhead presses. For Pilates and Yoga classes, users will require a mat, strap, Pilates ring and a Pilates ball. Beginners to Yoga are advised to purchase a block for additional support, as well as a standard yoga mat.

Core Collective’s Founder, Jason de Savary commented: “Here at Core Collective, we believe that fitness has the power to change everything, from sleep and decision-making, to mental and physical wellbeing. Our mission is to make fitness accessible to all: wherever, whenever.

As a result of our increasingly mobile and busy society, we’ve listened to members’ feedback for on-demand fitness classes. We’re confident that CCTV will continue to provide fun and engaging workout sessions to keep you active whether home or away, allowing everyone to be a part of the Core Collective community.”
