IT London is back with a Bang!

Today, Wednesday 9th September will see IT London, the vibrant and contemporary restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, reopen its doors to Londoners once again. Following its success since opening in 2019, IT London is just one of three within the collection, also spread across Milan and Ibiza, with numerous openings planned over the next five years. With new and exciting dishes available on the à la carte menu and live music available regularly, IT London is a chameleonic and unforgettable destination to visit this Autumn.

Throughout the day diners can enjoy a mix of gourmet Mediterranean cuisine with an eclectic drinks menu. New dishes from the à la carte menu include; the ultimate King Crab with avocado salad, green apple, ginger and seafood mayonnaise, and the Mediterranean Sea bass en Papillote with scapece aubergine, tomato and citrus sauce. IT London also offers a thirst-quenching cocktail list, with the signature Improved Twinkle, made of Absolut Elyx, Italicus, St. Germain and Top Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut.

Perfect for business meetings or relaxed catch ups late into the evening, Londoners can enjoy a dynamic fusion of fine dining and music sets from international DJs and live music, making it one of Mayfair’s most dynamic hang-outs. The Private Dining Room on the first floor also offers a secluded hang out with iconic art work available for exclusive events and parties.

This season IT London is introducing a brand new, mouthwatering menu, designed by Head Chef Adriano Rausa, under the supervision of the two-time Michelin-starred chef Gennaro Esposito. Adriano has also worked at IT Milan, playing an integral part to the restaurant’s Michelin star in November 2019, awarded just months after opening. New dishes from the business lunch set menu include; Rack of lamb with potatoes and black cabbage, the traditional ‘Pasta mista con patate e provola’, a Neapolitan homemade favourite made with pasta, potatoes and provola cheese.

The restaurant, located in a former Dover Street art gallery, has been described by IT founder Alessio Matrone as having, “a unique atmosphere where fine Mediterranean cuisine meats the Balearic beat of Ibiza”. He further commented, “IT London is not only a destination, it is a place to work, entertain and enjoy incredible food that will keep you coming back for more”.

IT Restaurants holds three restaurants, across London, Milan and Ibiza, and opening in Mykonos and Miami within the next year. IT also opened a very successful pop up restaurant in Porto Cervo this summer in Promenade du Port, the idyllic coastal destination.

IT London will reopen its doors on Wednesday 9th September on 28-29 Dover Street, London with the establishment set to launch their new business lunch set menu available from 10th.
