In a drinks landscape crowded with shortcuts and slogans, authenticity has become a quiet luxury. Kicking Goat Cider understands that instinctively. Made from one hundred percent fresh pressed British apple juice and nothing else, it is a cider that returns the category to where it belongs. Honest, full bodied and rooted in place.
Sustainably sourced from family owned orchards in Somerset and Kent, Kicking Goat is cider as it was always meant to be. Pressed fresh. Carefully blended. Never from concentrate. The result is a range that feels timeless in its technique yet distinctly modern in its character.

A family story poured into every bottle
Founded in twenty twenty by cider aficionado James Pearce and his family, Kicking Goat carries generations of cider making in its DNA. Pearce grew up immersed in farming and fermentation alongside his father Malcolm, and his journey has taken cider far beyond English shores. He became the first person to make cider in Asia from Brunty’s Cider production facility in Cambodia, before bringing that global perspective back home.
That blend of tradition and experience shapes every stage of Kicking Goat’s process. From orchard to can, care is constant. Seventeen different apple varieties are pressed and blended to create balance and depth, producing ciders that are layered, expressive and unmistakably real.
Flavour without compromise
The range spans three award winning styles. Medium, medium dry and dry, each crafted to showcase the natural complexity of British apples. For those leaning toward something lighter, the Fresh Berry offers a spring ready expression with a crisp finish and gentle sweetness that feels refreshing rather than overpowering.
There is no excess here. No artificial manipulation. Just flavour led cider that trusts its ingredients and rewards patience.

Made for modern drinking
As the days lengthen and evenings drift outdoors, Kicking Goat has embraced modern convenience without sacrificing quality. Lightweight, fully recyclable cans make the cider an easy companion for picnics, park gatherings and long afternoons shared with friends.
Beyond the green spaces, Kicking Goat has also found its way into some of the country’s most respected pubs and dining rooms. It is poured at destinations such as The Pig and The Hind's Head, alongside other carefully chosen venues that value craft and provenance as much as flavour.
A cider that stands its ground
Kicking Goat does not chase trends. It does not dress itself up as something it is not. Instead, it offers a confident alternative for drinkers who appreciate the real thing. From a crisp dry pour to a smooth, rounded medium, there is a bottle or can for every palate, united by clarity and craftsmanship.
In an era where simplicity often feels radical, Kicking Goat proves that doing things properly still matters. British apples. Fresh pressed juice. Thoughtful blending. No nonsense.
Sometimes, that is all you need.
