I was genuinely astonished that there wasn’t a taco equivalent, representing all the amazing taco vendors we have to offer in the UK.

“Over the last couple of years, I’ve got to know a huge amount of the s taco vendors in the UK and wow, what a great community it is. It’s such a diverse community which is why I’m trying to make sure that we’re working with as many Mexican owned businesses and showcasing their incredible food.

“Everyone knows food is more than just eating and taste, it’s a way to let go and lose yourself. I can wait to welcome everyone to The Tacover, it’s the perfect spot to find some of the best food in the country with loved ones and friends.

“We have put a huge focus on promoting Mexican culture and have five traders, a salsa macha stand, our sponsors Jarritos and DJs all of Mexican origin. We are also working with mexibrits (a UK based Mexican society), the Mexican embassy and Mexgrocer (the UK’s biggest importer of Mexican produce) to ensure we deliver a festival that promotes and gives back to Mexican culture.”
