The BERENJAK’S SOLD OUT ‘KABAB KIT’ IS BACK!

Award-winning Persian hotspot, Berenjak, launched its very own restaurant-

prepared, cook-at-home Persian kabab feast earlier this month. The nation’s support has been overwhelming, with the kits selling out in record time.

Humbled by the support, the Berenjak has decided to give the people what they want and launch the restaurant-prepared, cook-at-home kits on a weekly basis. The next drop will be available to pre-order from Wednesday, 8th July until Tuesday, 14th July and will be delivered on Friday, 17th July. From then onward, the kits will be available on a weekly basis, orders can be placed from Tuesdays at midday until the following Monday at 5pm, for delivery on Fridays.

Awarded a Michelin Bib-Gourmand in 2019, Berenjak Soho is renowned for its Persian food,

specialising in charcoal grilled kababs and mazeh-style dips to be mopped up with taftoon bread, freshly baked in the ta-noor.

Priced at £25, the kit will include two of the restaurant’s most-loved kababs, clay baked lavish bread, a sour yogurt dip made from Persian shallots, and a variety of condiments to complete your meal.

Berenjak’s Kabab Kit includes:

2 x Lamb Koobideh Kabab

2 x Chicken Jujeh Kabab

4 x Bespoke metal skewers

Tomatoes (for grilling)

Mast-o-musir (sour yoghurt dip with Persian shallots)

Lavash flatbread

Onions to prepare a salad with somagh (sumac), parsley and lemon

The kit will allow for a seamless home-cooking experience, perfect for cooks of all abilities. All produce is prepared and marinated at Berenjak’s Soho restaurant, with detailed cooking instructions in print and in video format. Customers will also be able to choose whether they prefer to fire up the barbecue or stay indoors and cook their kababs in a domestic oven or grill.

Berenjak’s Kabab Kits are available to pre-order via their website from Wednesday 8th July until Tuesday 14th July 2020 with nationwide deliveries arriving at front-doors on Friday 17th July 2020, whether it be a Friday night treat or a relaxed weekend lunch. From then onwards,
