In a summer packed with hype, two culinary collabs have stepped up and actually delivered. No gimmicks, just bold, unapologetic flavour. From Chabuddy G’s laugh-out-loud burger creation to a Squid Game-inspired menu designed for Netflix marathons, this is food culture at its most fun – and surprisingly well-executed.
Chabuddy G x SoBe Burger: “A Flavour Madness That’s Absolutely Banging”
SoBe Burger has enlisted the help of People Just Do Nothing’s resident entrepreneur-turned-legend, Chabuddy G (a.k.a. BAFTA-winner Asim Chaudhry), for a limited-run burger that’s big on flavour and even bigger on personality.

The Bombay Smash is the kind of creation only Chabuddy could dream up – and somehow, it works. We’re talking double smashed patties, melted cheese, a hit of sweet mango chutney and curry mayo, finished with a deep-fried onion bhaji perched proudly on top. It's chaotic. It’s messy. It’s delicious.
Pair it with Bombay Loaded Fries and you’ve got a fully-loaded feast. The skin-on chips come slathered in masala mayo, tikka curry sauce, pickled onions, fresh chilli, coriander and a final crunch of crispy onions. It’s indulgent, over-the-top, and 100% on brand.
Available for just 12 weeks from 1st July, this collab is destined to be a cult hit.
Netflix’s Squid Game x Sessions: Dinner with High Stakes
Sessions – known for curating the UK’s most talked-about food pop-ups – has teamed up with Netflix for a Squid Game dining experience that lands directly in your living room.

The headline act? The Frontman’s Challenge, a spicy wing roulette served with a themed board game. Gloves included. Just spin, dip, and prepare to cry (with joy or pain – your call).
But that’s just the beginning. The Tower burger goes big on crunch, layering crispy chicken with chilli mayo, cheese and a slick of Asian slaw. Meanwhile, the Elimination Burger throws down the heat with buldak sauce and ssamjang mayo – a fiery combo not for the faint-hearted.
Prefer to play it safe? The Green Light burger is a milder but equally flavourful option, rich with garlic, onion and toasty sesame. Or go for Red Light, which leans into that sticky-sweet gochujang heat.
It’s immersive, creative and genuinely well-crafted – a rare feat in the world of TV tie-ins.
