This year, guests can the occasion with a limited edition cocktail, Amore Di Mama (£17), which translates to "Mother's Love". The perfect Spring aperitif which is create from mezcal, ocho reposado, briotette peche, lemon, strawberry cordial, and strawberry gold dust.
