There’s something about an Australian Sunday — unhurried afternoons, seafood that sings of the ocean, the tinkle of ice in a spritz glass, and music that drifts like a warm breeze. It’s this exact alchemy that Milk Beach Soho is bottling up for its new Sunday Sessions, launching 8th June and running until the end of September.

Tucked into the heart of London’s Soho, Milk Beach has long been a love letter to the Australian way of life. Now, it’s doubling down on that promise — reimagining its courtyard and indoor space as a sun-soaked hideaway where the hours stretch, the playlists soothe, and the grill keeps on giving. Think brunch favourites served with a side of laid-back elegance, seafood off the robata, spritzes aplenty, and Papa Salt Coastal Gin flowing freely from midday till 6pm.
From 1pm, the courtyard hums to life with a live DJ — though, in true Aussie fashion, it never shouts for attention. It simply sets the pace: slow, easy, effortlessly cool.

But Milk Beach isn’t just serving Sundays — it’s also raising a toast to Australia’s most iconic vineyards with a new monthly dinner series: Toast Australia.
Designed for oenophiles with a taste for the refined, each intimate evening is guided by Wilem Powell — formerly Head Sommelier at Peter Gilmore’s Quay in Sydney — who, together with winemakers, ambassadors and owners from each featured estate, brings the terroir and stories of the wines to life.

Set across two generously sized communal tables (20 seats total), the dinners unfold as a three-course culinary journey by Executive Chef Leonard Swan. Each plate is designed to harmonise with a curated wine flight, showcasing the craftsmanship and character of each vineyard.
On the calendar:
Handpicked Wines, 16th July
Felton Road, 13th August
Henschke, 23rd September
Tickets range from £135 to £215 — a fitting price for an evening where storytelling, cuisine and viticulture entwine in the middle of Soho.
Whether you’re craving a languid afternoon that channels Bondi, or a night of serious sipping and sensory exploration, Milk Beach is making a compelling case for staying in London this summer.
