Black Bear Burger, recently named Best Burger in the UK at the National Burger Awards, has open its biggest site yet at Westfield White City this April. The 100-cover restaurant, complete with a covered terrace, will serve the brand’s award-winning burgers, much-loved sides and signature soft-serve cones in a full-service setting.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Liz and Stew Down, Black Bear started as a street food stall and has grown into one of London’s best-loved burger joints. The team is known for its ‘Not your typical burger joint’ ethos which focuses on high-quality ingredients, bold flavours and no-nonsense cooking.
At the core of the menu is grass-fed, dry aged British beef, sourced from native breeds and prepared using a unique blend of cuts. Alongside bestsellers like the award-winning Double Miso Bacon Burger (£15.40) and Brisket Spring Rolls (£7.50), new dishes will include a stuffed chicken wing with blue cheese sauce and hot sauce, and the return of their fan-favourite Chicken Nuggets (£9.50).
Drinks include Guinness on draught and cocktails such as barrel-aged Negroni (£10) and the Godfather Sour (£10.50). All diners are served a complimentary mini soft-serve cone to finish.
Stew Down, co-founder of Black Bear Burger says: “We’ve been building Black Bear slowly over the past eight years, from flipping burgers on the street to opening this incredible flagship restaurant, whilst staying independent throughout. It’s a proper pinch-yourself moment.”
Located at 1026 Arial Way, the new Westfield restaurant follows successful sites in Brixton and Exmouth Market, bringing Black Bear’s total to eight across London.
