Celebrate Diwali In Style With Michelin Star Gymkhana, Trishna & Brigadiers



Gymkhana will be celebrating Diwali from Friday 21st October - Monday 31st October. The restaurant will serve a limited-edition Diwali Tasting Menu (£110.00 pp) and Vegetarian Tasting Menu (£100.00 pp), created by Executive Chef Sid Ajuha alongside its A La Carte Menu. The five-course tasting menu features sharing dishes such as Amritsari Pink Shrimps & Queenies with Dill Raita, Kid Goat Methi Keema with Salli & Pao and Kesari Kalmi Kebab, Mint & Mustard Chutney. The main course will feature a choice between Goan Prawn Curry or Chicken Butter Masala or Wild Muntjac Biryani, Pomegranate & Mint Raita rounded off with a Saffron Pistachio Kulfi Falooda or Gulab Jamun Crumble and Cardamom Basundi.


Guests can choose to pair their feasting menu with a selection of hand chosen wines for an additional £95.00. Each wine has been designed to complement the Diwali Tasting Menu’s elevated flavours. From a range of classical wine regions and outstanding new world producers, these are small production, quality-focused wines that are mindful expressions of texture and the terroir they originate from.

For those heading down to Marylebone Village this Diwali, Trishna will be hosting a candlelit feasting experience from Friday 21st October - Monday 31st October. To celebrate the festival of light, Executive Head Chef Sajeev and his team have created a five-course Celebratory Feast (£90.00 pp) and Vegetarian Diwali Menu (£85.00). The Celebratory Feast includes Nariyal Scallops, Hariyali Bream and Duck Chutney Seekh. The main dishes include Cashew & Pepper Chicken or Dorset Brown Crab. Guests will finish their festive meal with a choice of Chocolate Chikki, Fig & Cardamom Kheer or Orange Malpua Rabri. Both feast menus can be complemented by a selection of wine chosen by the sommelier for an additional £80.00.

What’s more, the bar team have created a limited-edition cocktail, Gende Ka Phool (£15.00), named after the marigold flower which embodies this festive period. The Diwali inspired cocktail is created from Johnnie Walker Black Label, Coconut, Saffron & Lemon and is the perfect evening tipple that emodies the sweet flavours gifted over the Diwali period.

Brigadiers will be celebrating the Festival of Lights with an impressive line-up of Brigadiers classics and limited-edition food and drinks running from Friday 21st October - Saturday 29th October.


Executive Chef Shanti Bhushan has created the ultimate Diwali Feast (£85.00 pp) designed to be shared with friends. The feast includes a selection of Pappadums & Chutneys, Achari Chicken Skins and Benarasi Samosa Chaat served alongside Smoked Pumpkin Thepla, Original BBQ Butter Chicken Wings and Amritsari Fried Fish Paos. The feasting menu features a Maharaja Lamb Biryani Feast served with Calcutta Anda Curry, Spinach Burani Raita, Daal Champaran and Butter Naan. Guests will complete their feasting menu with a delicious Apple Jalebi, Badaam, Malai Rabdi.


To honour the gift-giving tradition of Diwali, consumers looking to gift friends and family at any of the restaurants a feasting experience at home can purchase gift cards which start at £50. Alternatively, guests are able to gift a special in-restaurant experience which includes their limited-edition Diwali menu and private dining experience.
