WAS A TEENAGE SHE-DEVIL

I WAS A TEENAGE SHE-DEVIL is the ultimate rock musical experience.

This show is a high-octane dopamine shot in the butt, serving you all the cozy nostalgic feels of the ’80s! It also offers a fresh perspective that flips very familiar themes on their head - updating those well-worn formulas to speak to a modern audience and uplift the queer community. We all need a good time right now and this show is it!

The cast is out-of-this-world talented!

In a show like this, you need performers who are completely fearless and everyone in this company is up to the task! They sing, dance and act the “hell” out of this piece, and I cannot wait for audiences to see them too!

The music is insanely fun and catchy!

I really wanted to capture the over-the-top intensity of the decade. Everything was at an all-time high; the vocals were Olympic, the guitar solos were face-melting, and the passion of it all was so heavy. There hasn’t been anything quite like it on a musical theatre stage.

The costumes!

Juda Leah has the perfect eye for this show, and her outrageous looks really transport you back to 1987. Speaking of costumes, coming dressed to the 80’s is highly recommended!

It's the late-night hot spot show you can’t miss!

In the tradition of Rocky Horror and all the great midnight movies, this is your ticket to having that experience at Fringe and getting immersed in the party of it all. We’re at Fringe from August 1 – August 22, performing at Upper Theatre at theSpace @Niddry St: Venue 9 (Niddry St, Edinburgh, EH1 1TH). See you at DP High and get ready for a “killer night”!
