Introducing LULA: A Culinary Trip Through Europe Led by Executive Chef, Paul Delrez

Begin the journey through Europe with London’s latest arrival LULA, a neighbourhood restaurant led by Executive Chef, Paul Delrez. LULA is a culinary escape with authentic, European-inspired dishes, tucked away on the idyllic Lonsdale Road in Queen’s Park.

Officially opened on Friday 29th September, LULA showcases a vibrant round-table dining experience, one that echoes the familiarity of an at-home feast with loved ones. The sharing experience is encouraged with Chef Delrez’s (former Top Chef contestant and owner of La Guinguette en Ville) menu that focuses on simple, tasty dishes influenced by his time in Spain.

LULA presents the experience of a Mediterranean retreat without leaving the comfort of London. Guests are greeted through a tapestry of greenery with an array of exotic and indigenous plants adorning the interiors, giving the space a distinctive warm feel as if one has stumbled across a picturesque eatery on the coast of Spain.

The menu features a tantalizing selection of dishes guaranteed to whisk diners to the heart of Europe including Scallops with spinach, roasted garlic, lemon butter sauce and chives; Wild herbs cured salmon, with muscat grape, coriander flower, and habanero; Bone marrow steak tartar and Onglet steak with peppercorn barollo shallot sauce, pomme paille, and watercress.

LULA is the brainchild of Chef Delrez and founder Andrew Dax (restaurateur and the founder of the acclaimed pop-up Tel Avivian restaurant Chameleon at One Marylebone). Chef Delrez and Andrew shared a vision to create a restaurant that transports guests to another country and celebrates the simple things in life: tasty dishes and good company. "From the moment you step inside LULA, our goal is to make you feel like you're on holiday," says Andrew Dax, the founder of LULA. "We're excited to share our passion for Modern European cuisine and create unforgettable moments for our guests."

Spread across two beautifully designed floors, the main dining room seamlessly flows onto a charming terrace allowing guests to enjoy their meals al fresco. For a more intimate setting, LULA presents The Loft, a charming dining space for exclusive experiences including private parties and events. Not content with just being a dining experience, mornings during the week, Sculpt by Meroula - a fitness pop-up experience takes place in The Loft at LULA. Guests can delve into a range of dynamic workouts including Power Pilates, A$$ & ABS, Rocket Ashtanga Vinyasa, FitSWEAT, Maformer, Barre and Sculpt’s signature workout - Meroula Method. Serving up a blend of European-style sharing dishes created by Chef Delrez and a truly unique setting, LULA is the place to get together and feast in 2023.
