IT’S BEER O’CLOCK SOMEWHERE?! SEVEN BRO7HERS REVEALS THEULTIMATE BEER GUIDE FOR YOUR TAKE OFF TIME

We are all partial to a cheeky one or two before our flight at the airport but is it ever too early for a pint?

According to SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO – who recently joined HMSHost UK’s Amber Alehouse in Manchester Airport’s brand-new terminal two building – there is a perfect pairing no matter what time you fly out of the UK.

Jetting off this August Bank Holiday? To celebrate the long weekender the Salford-based brewery has crafted the ultimate beer timetable. So, no matter what time you fly there is always the right SEVEN BRO7HERS pint for you.

07:00- 10:00: Get Hoppy for breakfast…

If it really doesn’t feel like you’re on holiday until you’ve had a beer in the airport, well remember its 12 o’clock somewhere! Check out the Hoppy Pale Ale from Seven Bro7hers core ‘family’ range. At 3.8% ABV it is the beer with the lowest alcohol content and can be teamed with your morning fry up. A light beer to kick off your pre-holiday buzz.

11:00 – 13:00: Elevenses washed down with Amber…

Grab a pint of the Amber lager for elevenses and team with an Amber Alehouse Manchester egg and pork pie. This beer is a crisp, light lager that delivers a proper flavour punch. Another from the family core range, this beer is malty and sweet with a dry lip-smacking finish – and at 4.3 ABV it is perfect for early lunch or brunch.

13:00 – 16:00 Cast off into the sunshine…

The ultimate time to be in the airport pub, so why not send yourself off into the sunshine a little earlier with the Cast-Off Pale Ale. A refreshing beer full of snap, crackle and (double-dry) hops, this beer is brewed using Kellogg’s Rice Krispies. You can feel a little good about this one too, as the beer has been made using upcycled ‘ugly cereal’. It is part of an on-going sustainability project to reduce food waste. Team with Amber Alehouse Cauliflower wings for a tasty snack.

16:00 – 20:00 Get fruity on the summer afternoon sesh…

The taste of summer all year round and perfect for a chilled afternoon sesh ahead of your flight, check out the award-winning Watermelon Wheat Beer. A fresh watermelon infusion with strawberry and pineapple hop aromas bringing up the rear this beer tastes like the start of your holidays. You’ll like it so much you’ll want to take it on the beach with you. Pair this 4.5 ABV with the Amber Alehouse Bangkok Bad Boy Vegan Burger and completely escape the UK.

20:00 – 23:30 Don’t throw away the evening in the airport…

You might have thought the Throwaway IPA – using upcycled Kellogg’s Corn Flakes – would have been reserved for breakfast, but alas it is proof you really can have cereal any time of the day. This utterly ‘sessionable’ beer is the perfect ease into the evening for those that are looking to make a night of it. However, make sure you eat something as the night is still young! Team up with the Amber Alehouse Buttermilk Chicken Burger.

23:30 – 02:00 A midnight ‘honeycomb’ feast…

Honey, we’re finally leaving home! A firm favourite among SEVEN BRO7HERS fans the Honeycomb pale ale is the ultimate Crunchie in a can. At 4% ABV it is a just the right balance of a sugary kick into the small hours. Looking for a sweet fix or midnight feast before your flight team with the Amber Alehouse Apple and Cinnamon Crumble.

Keith McAvoy, CEO of SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO, said: “Anyone who comes down for a pint in the Amber Alehouse will have the opportunity to test our full range of craft ales. Our experienced staff will be able to guide you based on taste and preference to ensure you have the ultimate brewery experience in the heart of the airport.

“Don’t forget to check out our food menu, which also shares our beer pairing recommendations. We are all ready to head off on our holidays after a testing 18 months, we look forward to seeing you for a pint before your flight this Bank Holiday!”

The ‘Amber Alehouse’ is a modern industrial bar hosting SEVEN BRO7HERS craft beers and cask ales. The new pub is aimed at pre-flight pints and travellers looking for incredible bar food – a local experience in the airport.

SEVEN BRO7HERS has exclusivity with the airport to host its range of craft beers and iconic ‘family’ of beers. The brand-new airport site aims to mirror the atmosphere and ethos of SEVEN BRO7HERS popular Manchester Beer houses – with staff fully trained to offer customers a craft brewery experience.

SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home.

In 2016 the brothers opened their first beer house in Ancoats, Manchester. They now have a newly refurbished, onsite taproom at the brewery in Salford and a beer house at Middlewood Locks, Manchester. Last month they opened their doors to a brand-new beer house in the heart of MediaCityUK.

This year SEVEN BRO7HERS celebrate its 7 th anniversary, the brothers have launched a limited edition #7Series via its webshop to mark the anniversary – including a Sticky Toffee Pudding Pale Ale and Raspberry Red IPA. This August Bank Holiday SEVEN BRO7HERS is offering 20% off select beers via webshop orders.
