Christmas in London always promises a touch of spectacle, but this year Sexy Fish decides to turn the city’s festive glow into a full scale electric surge. The Mayfair hotspot welcomes the season with Neon Fishmas, a high voltage celebration created in partnership with Don Julio, where festive glamour dives into an underwater fantasy. The restaurant becomes a current of colour and movement, filled with glowing coral, shimmering creatures and installations that feel alive with light.

Sexy Fish London

From the moment you enter, the winter streets fade away. The interior is washed in neon, with sculptural sea life and illuminated coral guiding guests into a world that feels part dream, part nightclub, part art installation. At the bar, the team unveils a collection of limited edition cocktails created with Don Julio, each designed to bring a seasonal twist to tequila. These are bold, clever drinks that pair perfectly with the after dark mood of the room.

The Sexy Fishmas Omakase tasting menu is priced at £134 per person and brings a chef guided selection of signature dishes. Highlights include Gillardeau oysters with smoked chilli sauce, eryngii mushroom tempura with truffle, Wagyu gyoza and Isle of Mull scallops with jalapeno and pickled apple. Sushi and sashimi platters arrive with O toro, salmon, yellowtail, Wagyu nigiri and snow crab. Larger plates follow with caramelised black cod in spicy miso, USDA prime ribeye finished with seaweed butter, grilled asparagus with creamy ponzu and kimchi fried rice. Dessert arrives as the Fishmas Platter, a generous collection of chocolate fondant, mini cheesecake, mini doughnuts, fresh fruits and an ice cream and sorbet assortment.

From Sunday, 30 November, Sexy Fish introduces its Festive Sunday Brunch from 12pm to 4pm. Guests can choose between a Festive Buffet at £75 per person or a Festive Feast at £90 per person, both accompanied by live entertainment. Expect shared starters such as lobster tempura, alongside an unlimited array of sushi, sashimi, tartares, oysters and favourites from the Robata grill, followed by indulgent mains and desserts served to the table.

The seasonal cocktail collection created with Don Julio anchors the bar. The Not So Silent Night (£16) blends Don Julio Blanco with horchata and sweet vermouth. The Merry Fishmas (£20) combines Don Julio Reposado and the celebrated Don Julio 1942 with Pedro Ximenez, coffee and cinnamon. The Sleigh Bells Ringing (£16) brings together Tanqueray No TEN with celery, sage, dry vermouth and chocolate. The Away in an Aquarium (£16) mixes Ketel One vodka with hazelnut, Tokaji, blood orange and yogurt. Each serve feels crafted for evenings that stretch far beyond dinner.

Midnight Fish at Sexy Fish

For New Year’s Eve, the restaurant unveils Midnight Fish, a countdown celebration that blends fine dining with immersive design and a late night pulse. Neon fixtures glow like liquid colour, the space feels charged, and the Don Julio cocktail collaboration returns with limited edition serves created specifically for the night. Every corner moves with energy, from glowing coral to metallic details catching the light in waves.

The atmosphere builds through the evening, leading into a midnight moment delivered with the theatrical flair that defines Sexy Fish. Bookings from 8:30pm guarantee a place in the centre of the celebration.
