SEVEN BRO7HERS is on the hunt for multiple chefs to join its beer houses across Manchester – but there’s a catch, to apply you must tweet!
The Salford-based brewery is inviting applicants for its kitchen roles to share a tweet or post on Instagram of their ultimate dish to make using one of the SEVEN BRO7HERS iconic beers.
From tangy IPA pot pies to surprising stout inspired desserts, the brothers want to see how you can mix it up to be one of its ‘Beer house chef creatives’.
The challenge is aimed at getting applicants with a mix of experience, skills and personality to join the family business.
As the team hunt for nation’s ultimate beer chefs, applicants can check out roles across its Ancoats and Middlewood Locks venues in Greater Manchester.
Candidates must be flexible, and available to work weekends and evenings. Full training will be provided but a knowledge of kitchen practice is required. The brothers are looking for someone who is dedicated to helping grow the kitchen, they must be great at working in a team or alone.
CEO Keith McAvoy from SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO, said: “Currently the hospitality industry faces a lot of challenges when it comes to recruiting talent and staffing. We believe when you join our business you become part of our extended family – its not just a job it’s a beer-utiful friendship!
“We are looking for experienced chefs who are looking to get stuck in with kitchen management and bring a little creative flare. Our followers love coming down to our beer houses and sharing their pints on social media – its time to make it as much about the food.”

SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWING CO was founded in 2014 by McAvoy brothers, Guy, Keith, Luke, Daniel, Nathan, Kit, and Greg, inspired by their dad’s home-brewing in their cellar at home.
In 2016 the brothers opened their first beer house in Ancoats, Manchester. They now have a newly refurbished, onsite taproom at the brewery in Salford and a beer house at Middlewood Locks, Manchester. In May they opened their doors to a brand-new beer house in the heart of MediaCityUK.
SEVEN BRO7HERS, which recently secured exclusivity in HMS Host UK’s Amber Ale House in Manchester Airports Terminal Two, is a growing business and now employs a team of more than 30 people. To learn more about the role, head to the company website.
Last month the Salford brewery launched the fifth beer in its limited-edition #7Series to celebrate seven years in business. Eureka – a Kveik style IPA inspired by Oslo – joined newly released craft tipples ‘Sticky Toffee pudding and Custard’ pale ale and ‘Peanut butter on a Jaffa cake stout.’
