Soho’s 64 Old Compton Street Hands Out 100 Free Pigs in Blankets Ragu Portions This November

Christmas comes early to Soho this November thanks to 64 Old Compton Street, which is treating Londoners to a one-day pasta giveaway that promises queues worth standing in. On Tuesday 25 November, the Italian favourite will hand out 100 free portions of its new Pigs in Blankets Ragu for takeaway, celebrating exactly one month until Christmas Day.

From midday, the first 100 arrivals will walk away with a steaming portion of festive comfort. There are no bookings, no tricks, and when the pots run dry, that is it. Each portion, normally £19.90, is being given away completely free, making this a rare chance to taste a dish that is both indulgent and playful.

The Pigs in Blankets Ragu takes the restaurant’s signature gnocchi ragu and gives it a seasonal twist. Soft handmade potato gnocchi meets a slow-cooked tomato and red wine beef shin ragu, crowned with crisp, smoky pigs in blankets.
