As Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 (12th–17th May) approaches, individuals and organisations across the UK are shining a spotlight on the importance of wellbeing — and the team at United Fitness Brands (UFB) are leading by example with a series of energising and empowering events that underscore the powerful connection between exercise and mental health.
UFB, home to some of the UK's most dynamic boutique fitness names — including Reformcore, Barrecore, Boom Cycle, and Triyoga — is marking the week with a curated programme designed to uplift, connect and inspire.

A Talk That Moves You — Literally and Emotionally
One of the week’s standout events takes place on Friday 16th May at Reformcore Camden, where fitness influencer Milly Goldsmith will host an intimate talk on the role of fitness in self-care and emotional resilience. Known for her honest and accessible approach to wellbeing, Milly will explore how movement can serve not only as a physical outlet, but also as a fundamental pillar of mental strength.
The talk will be followed by a signature Reformcore class, expertly crafted to focus on power, strength, and core stability. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness fan or just beginning your journey, this session promises both a physical challenge and a mental reset.Click HERE to book your spot.
The 7-in-7 Challenge
For those looking to immerse themselves fully in the spirit of the week, UFB is also launching a Mental Health Awareness Week Challenge. Participants are invited to complete seven classes in seven days across the four UFB studios — Reformcore, Barrecore, Boom Cycle, and Triyoga.
This isn’t just about building strength or flexibility; it’s a celebration of consistency, community, and the transformative effect of regular movement on our state of mind. Everyone who completes the challenge will be rewarded with one month’s complimentary access to Triyoga Online, offering continued support for both body and mind. Additionally, entrants will be in with a chance to win exclusive prizes from UFB and their wellness-focused brand partners.
Why It Matters
Mental Health Awareness Week serves as a crucial reminder that taking care of our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies. In a time where more people are opening up about their mental health journeys, initiatives like this from United Fitness Brands remind us that small, consistent actions — like showing up for a class — can have lasting impacts.
Whether it’s the community atmosphere, the endorphin boost, or the sense of routine, fitness can be a profound tool in helping us manage stress, anxiety and the pressures of everyday life.
