With Mental Health Awareness Week (12th – 17th May) just around the corner, conversations around mental wellbeing are taking centre stage across the UK. This year, United Fitness Brands is making a strong statement: fitness isn’t just about physical strength—it’s also a key tool in supporting our mental health.

As part of the nationwide awareness campaign, United Fitness Brands is hosting a number of events designed to celebrate and explore the powerful link between exercise and emotional wellbeing. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or simply looking for a new way to manage your mental health, there's something for everyone to get involved in.

Talk + Train: Milly Goldsmith Hosts Live Event in Camden

Friday 16th May sees fitness influencer and mental health advocate Milly Goldsmith take to the floor at Reformcore Camden for an exclusive event that combines conversation with movement. Guests will be treated to an intimate talk exploring Milly’s personal journey with fitness as a form of self-care, followed by a signature Reformcore class led by expert trainers. Designed with power, strength, and core fitness in mind, the session offers more than just a workout—it’s an invitation to recharge, reflect and reset.

The 7 in 7 Challenge

If you’re looking for something a little more immersive, the Mental Health Awareness Week Challenge invites participants to take part in seven classes across seven days at United Fitness Brands’ network of studios: Reformcore, Barrecore, Boom Cycle, and Triyoga.

The reward? Those who complete the challenge will not only walk away with a renewed sense of achievement, but also a month of complimentary access to Triyoga Online and the chance to win exclusive prizes from United Fitness and its brand partners.

Whether it’s finding mindfulness in movement, strength in sweat, or connection in community, United Fitness Brands’ calendar of events reminds us that sometimes, the best way to care for your mind is to move your body.
