The ONE Group, the global leader in vibe dining, is delighted to announce the opening of its debut venture: Bao Yum. Launched this summer and located in The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton, Bao Yum brings a whimsical twist on the urban chic Asian street food classic, bao.

Hot, fresh and handmade, the mixture of sweet and savoury bao bun options on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus mean that there’s a bao for absolutely everyone, any time. Diners can pick and choose between a range of unique, contemporary and delicious, tasty fillings including Cheeseburger, Kung Pao Shrimp, Chicken Satay, Lobster Salad, English Breakfast, Sweet Custard or Cheesecake & Raspberry; available for Grab & Go, Dine In or Delivery.

The menu also includes a wide variety of alternative options including warm breakfast pastries, acai bowls, homemade soups, fresh salads, poke bowls and deli sandwiches. To drink, guests can choose from barista-made coffees, sweet iced teas, juices, along with beer, wine and gin on offer too.
