Bottomless Brunch Launches at The Phoenix this October
The Phoenix London opened this summer, at the bustling Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. This is the second site from Birdhouse London who launched the outdoor pizza and cocktail destination, The Hawk’s Nest, last year. The Phoenix London provides the ideal area for all-day-dining and post-shopping fuel in a relaxed English garden setting.
This October they are launching a Bottomless Brunch with unlimited Bloody Marys, Bloody Marias, an array of delicious Spritzs and unlimited Prosecco. In addition to this there will also be a selection of fresh juices and ginger shots for those who need a pick-me-up during the brunch as well as refreshing Tank Budvar beer fresh from the Czech Republic to help wash down the dishes.
Chef Luis Freitas, the new Head of Food at The Phoenix, previously worked for Caravan and Daisy Greens has specially curated an entirely new all day brunch offering - the dishes will be a staple on the menu 7 days a week. Luis has created a signature 12 hour slow cooked asian pork belly croissant, a Masala spiced shakshuka, vegan french toast alongside Ham Hock Eggs Benedict with Nduja Hollandaise.
The bottomless offering on Saturday and Sunday will run from 1pm-2.30pm and from 3pm to 4.30pm- at £30 per head for unlimited bubbles and cocktails(not including a brunch food dish). Guests can choose from an array of dishes from Luis’s specially curated all day brunch menu. This is the ideal spot to get stuck into some great grub pre or post a shopping spree accompanied by unlimited bubbles and cocktails.
The 400 outside capacity venue is the perfect spot for large groups and parties to come together and feast and is open seven days a week from 11am until 11pm. Slowly becoming the place to hang out in West London, the site is home to delicious street food, pizzas, cocktails and fun. The brunch will run all weekend long and will be ticketed through Design My Night - Come rain or shine is set to be the best new place for brunch, as guests can soak up the famous West London vibes.
