This Valentine’s Day treat your special someone to a decadent dining experience at STK Steakhouse, the home of vibe dining. Especially for the season of love, STK Steakhouse has created a limited-edition three-course Valentine's Day menu featuring: a light and zesty starter of Red Snapper Crudo served with pomegranate, sesame seeds, ginger, soy yuzu dressing and coriander; followed by a either a luxurious A5 wagyu striploin also available as a surf & turf option accompanied by a colossal prawn and wagyu jam toast, or Cured and Roasted Wild King Salmon infused with vodka & coriander sweet cure, beetroots, radish watercress and horseradish cream. Then to finish, tuck into a truly decadent Chocolate Lava Marshmallow Cake (to share), served with raspberry jam and vanilla ice cream.
As well as the Valentine’s Day offering, STK London’s main menu will also be available. Order dishes such as the well known aphrodisiac - oysters on a half shell, Seared Scallops with cauliflower purée, alsace bacon, chive oil, sautéed asparagus & peas; Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with Hass avocado, taro chips and soy honey emulsion; King Crab Linguine, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and Roasted Rack of Lamb.
No dining experience is complete without a drink in hand and STK London offers an extensive drinks menu encompassing expertly mixed cocktails, a selection of fine wines and both draught & bottled beers.
To start the evening, sip on an intoxicating Lover’s Potion, a beautiful blend of Grey Goose, strawberry puree, lemon juice and sugar syrup, or order one of STK Steakhouse’s signature cocktails such as: Not Your Daddy’s Old Fashioned Woodford Reserve a twist on the classic with brown sugar, double dutch soda and angostura bitters and the STK Martini a popular serve of Russian Standard Vodka, cranberry, orange sanguine, passion fruit and orange bitter. STK London’s sommeliers will also of course be on hand to recommend wine pairings or drinks suggestions.
